Nimbus welcomes all questions about us and our organization. Our meetings are open to guests and are monthly. The location and date does vary so it is necessary to contact us to find out where and when the meeting will be held. We do request that only those with a serious interest in our Club and the leather community attend our meetings.

Our organization has certain individuals that are responsible for particular duties. In order to ensure that your question reaches the right individual we have listed the 3 most commonly contacted individuals. Please read the descriptions of their duties and select the individual that can most likely answer your question. Please note: These individuals check their e-mail when it is possible for them to do so and may not respond to your request immediately.

Secretary:

If you have general questions regarding our Club, its organization, our purpose, membership, changing or adding your address to our mailing list, etc. you may address these questions to our Club Secretary at secretary@nimbusmi.org.

Run Registrar:

The Run Registrar will help you with questions regarding an already submitted run application. The Run Registrar does not take online applications. You must submit your application via mail or via the new online registration process. If you have questions regarding hotel accommodations, payment history, location of the Dunes Resort, or cancellation please contact the Run Registrar at registrar@nimbusmi.org.

Road Captain:

For questions regarding NIMBUS MIchigan sponsored events on the road such as bar nights, cocktail parties at runs either to schedule or to inquire as to where and when they are happening, you may contact the Road Captain at roadcaptain@nimbusmi.org.
